Hi, I’m Marius
I was born in Dej, Romania and now live in Australia, holding citizenship and working rights in both which includes the EU. I am a student, also working full time, and volunteering with my university Formula SAE team. My ultimate goals are to begin my career as an investment banker and to complete the CFA program.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business (Professional) with Swinburne University of Technology, majoring in finance and due for completion in December, 2026. As part of my degree, I will be completing 12 months of professional placement in my industry commencing between July and August 2025, due to finish the same time the year following. I have previously completed a certificate 3 in Information Technology in 2019, covering programming in C#, project development, networking, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Alongside my studies, I am a full time sales professional of almost 4 years with Werribee Automotive Group. I started as a cadet in 2021, and have gained valuable experience in sales, teamwork, time management, accountability and leadership. I also volunteer for Team Swinburne Formula SAE as a member of the sponsorship and finance team. Including transit, I work on average for 55 hours per week, complete studies for 20 hours, and work on Team Swinburne for up to 20 hours.
